Ulster University Sports

I have had the opportunity to work on a project with Ulster University Sports Department toward promoting their programmes for Performance Athletes.

These are very impressive athletes who take their training and their study very seriously.

In the course of filming I have set up many moments to capture the more dynamic elements of some sports – I apologise to sports disciplines not yet represented. It’s coming.

The following film was created originally using only the natural sounds of the sports.

The time signature & tempo are linked to frame rate so I can create 1/8 notes. This means I can edit the video as if I was editing a music track (Been there, done that…) The track added is an extant orchestral piece available under creative commons licensing from the ever-generous Kevin Macloed – incompetech.com – Please check his site out.
